In this post, you will write the speech with reference to the PRC table and paragraph organisation.

Here is the assignment :

Write a speech in which you persuade listeners/readers on the internet to visit a favourite blog or website of yours. The speech should be between 250-350 words. It should include the following :

- why the particular site is of such interest to you
- the most memorable bits online
- how it would impact others who visit it
- why it is better than other sites that have similar content
- how the internet readers/listeners could foster better thinking and interaction from this site

You may choose either to write or record the speech in MP3 (3 minutes). You MUST email your finished work to your English teacher. Grades will be assigned for this project.

Tips

1. You should have planned your work with a PRC table.
2. You should have organised your points into paragraphs.
3. You should have SIRRIN (semi-formal tone, imagery, rhetoric, repetition, inclusive language, no contractions) in your speech.
4. You should have checked your essay and made necessary changes.
